The Building Process
Our homes are built with quality and longevity at the forefront of our proven methodologies. We integrate multiple inspections, both internal and third-party, throughout the construction phase. Below are just a few stages of the building process.
Although every home is different, the quality and systems are always the same:
Step 1: Pour the Slab
Step 2: Build the Frame and Install Windows
Step 3: Install the Roof
Step 4: Install the Mechanicals (Plumbing, Wiring, Ductwork)
Step 5: Insulate and Sheetrock
Step 6: Install Trim, Paint, and Cabinets
Step 7: Bring in Countertops, Plumbing Trim, Wall Tile, and Light Fixtures
Step 8: Install Flooring, Hardware, Mirrors & Glass
Step 9: Install Appliances
Step 10: Final Touches & Final Clean
Once you’re moved into your new home, we’ll continue to support you throughout the third party-backed warranty period. The high level of customer service and integrity remains the same.
